Great God Amighty - its Jake La Botz!

He is still considered a hot insider tip in Europe, but in the USA he already has cult status: Jake La Botz.

The part-time Hollywood actor and meditation trainer draws his musical roots from rockin' gospel, blues bop and the hobo songs of wandering folk singers. The mixture has it all.

You can see for yourself on Jake's most recent three albums and two singles, all recorded by Jimmy Sutton and Alex Hall at Hi-Style Studio in Chicago. In Smokestack Lightnin' Jake has found four excellent musical companions, who also support him in Walldorf as a backing band. 

Bob Wills says hello...debut gig in Europe!

The quintet from Salt Lake City (USA) will play their first gig on the European continent in Walldorf!

In addition to Western Swing and Rockabilly, they will (hopefully) have their debut album with them.

We present one of the hottest new bands from the Wild West. When they play, you can't help but bob along. The five of them have played some top roots music festivals around the world, a professional band with about 100 years of combined touring experience.

The B-Shakers - we don't stir, we shake!

The three Swiss around the lead singer Mary 'the Cat' Vogel have dedicated themselves to the rockabilly sound of the 50s. Although they have a passion for the style of past times, they sound anything but dusty.

They give their own compositions and covers the typical The B-Shakers touch with Mary's rocking voice and a driving rhythm that you just have to go along with. All this has already earned them an appearance on Swiss television and a sold-out Christmas show tour.

Boogie Woogie on a ... Sunday ... Night!

Starting with a small unknown Rockabilly trio in the late 70's through Sugar Ray Ford & his Exotic Hotshots "Sugar Rays Flying Fortress", "The Big Six", "Sugar Rays Lucky Strikes" and most recently "Pat Reyford's Symphony 5". In addition, Pat himself has played with greats such as Paul McCartney and Robert Plant. And so Pat has been a fixture on our scene for almost 40 years. Many influences from the 1930s to the 1960s have shaped his style. Together with the Good Fellas from Bella Italia, Pat will put on a super danceable set on our stage.

Country soul beat with sex appeal and coolness.

The band from Nuremberg has been reliably rocking the stages of this world for years. The four Franconians demonstrate a strong sense of mission and an incredible passion to make the dusty country genre palatable to their audience again with sex appeal and coolness. But it's not just Country Smokestack Lightnin' combine influences Rhythm'n'Blues, Sixties Soul, Country and of course Rock'n'Roll to the typical Smokestack sound. 

A Wild Party at Walldorf

The "Rhythm Torpedoes" have dedicated themselves to the music of the 50s and its WILD variants. Founded in 2011 out of a liquor whim, the quartet around Rampensau Arne Runzheimer rocks today the stages all over Europe and the USA. The program consists mainly of dynamic original compositions, but also some wild cover versions. Since 2017, the Rhythm Torpedoes have been signed to Wild Records in Hollywood, where they released their first album in 2018.
